Our WE3 engineering team is lead up by David Sheppard who studied Engineering at Sussex University. He later managed a company that ran Main battle tanks & military vehicles for experience days where he put this to practical use maintaining and repairing the vehicles.  This experience, coupled with his 10 years recruitment experience, has come in handy as he specialises in Defence engineering with a heavy focus on:​

• Integrated Logistic support (ILS) Supportability, Reliability, RCM, RAM, ARM 
• Safety Engineering
• Systems Engineering
