WE3 was built on shared experience, mutual respect, and a frustration with how recruitment was being done. Craig, Matt, and David had worked together across multiple agencies, and in 2019, decided it was time to launch something better – a consultancy built on values, not volume.
What started as a focused, client-first agency in the Medical & Healthcare Communications space quickly grew. In 2024, WE3 Energy was launched under Matt’s leadership, tapping into his deep expertise across renewable and clean energy. By 2025, WE3 expanded again with the creation of WE3 Legal – supporting clients in the complex and evolving Legal sector, including Life Sciences, Biotech, and AI Technologies.
Today, WE3 operates across three specialist divisions – MedComms, Energy, and Legal – with over 50 years of combined recruitment experience behind us.
